Behind the Bargains: The Real-Life Relationships of the American Pickers Cast

For over a decade, American Pickers has taken viewers on an unforgettable journey through dusty barns, forgotten attics, and winding backroads across America in search of hidden treasures. But beyond the vintage signs and rusted motorcycles lies something even more compelling—the personal lives of the Pickers themselves.

From marriages and milestones to long-distance romances and reconciliations, here’s an exclusive look at the off-camera relationships that shape the stars of the History Channel hit.

Mike Wolfe: Love, Loss, and New Beginnings

As the co-creator and longtime face of American Pickers, Mike Wolfe has charmed audiences with his passion for preservation and antiques. Offscreen, however, his personal journey has seen dramatic changes.

Mike was married to Jodi Faeth from 2012 to 2020. The couple welcomed a daughter, Charlie, in 2012. Their marriage ended in divorce in 2021, reportedly due to the demands of Mike’s busy filming and business schedule.

Since August 2021, Mike has been in a relationship with Leticia Kleene—a 46-year-old journalist, former model, and motorcycle racer. Their mutual love for bikes and small-town Americana has led to joint projects, including a Harley-Davidson commercial and an appearance at the Day of Reckoning premiere in March 2025.

Despite living in different states—Mike in Tennessee and Leticia in Kentucky—they remain committed, with no plans for marriage, as revealed in a 2025 interview. Interestingly, as Mike focuses on co-parenting his teenage daughter, Leticia is preparing to become a first-time grandmother. Her 22-year-old son, Caleb, and his girlfriend, Haley, are expecting a baby—marking a new chapter in Leticia’s life.

Danielle Colby: The Queen of Burlesque and Vintage Finds

Danielle Colby is known for her bold style, burlesque background, and sharp eye for unique antiques. As the manager of Antique Archaeology, she brings charisma and creativity to the show and beyond.

Danielle’s personal life has been equally dynamic. She has been married three times. Her first marriage was to Chad Cushman, with whom she shares two children: Miles (born 1996) and Memphis (born 2000). She later explained in a 2012 interview that her rising fame made it difficult for Chad to adjust, contributing to their eventual divorce.

In 2015, Danielle married French designer Alexandre De Meyer. However, their relationship remained mostly private and ended quietly the same year, with Alexandre reportedly seeking spousal support.

In 2020, Danielle found lasting happiness with artist Jeremy Scheuch. The couple got engaged that year and married in February 2024. Unlike her earlier relationships, Jeremy has embraced her public persona and artistic lifestyle, forming a supportive partnership that fans celebrate.

Frank Fritz: Fame, Fallout, and Final Farewell

Frank Fritz was a cornerstone of American Pickers for over ten years, forming one half of the beloved duo alongside Mike Wolfe. His laid-back style and dry wit provided the perfect counterbalance to Mike’s high-energy enthusiasm.

However, behind the scenes, Frank faced serious health issues—including Crohn’s disease, a back injury, and struggles with opioid addiction. These challenges affected his ability to film, and his relationship with Mike reportedly grew strained. In 2021, following a failed drug test, Frank left the show indefinitely

Frank’s love life was equally turbulent. He was never married but had a long-term, on-and-off relationship with Diane Bankson, a survey technician from Iowa. Their romance, spanning decades, ended definitively in 2019 after a string of controversies. Diane later filed a $50,000 lawsuit against Frank following a 2018 accident involving a firework, but the case was dismissed in 2020.

In response to the fallout, Frank accused Diane of infidelity, even getting a tattoo reading, “Once a cheater, always a cheater.” Diane denied the claim and eventually moved on, entering a new relationship by 2022.

Despite their differences, Frank and Mike reportedly reconciled in the final years of Frank’s life. Mike was by Frank’s side during his last days before Frank passed away in September 2024 at the age of 60.

Robbie Wolfe: Family, Cars, and a Quiet Empire

After Frank’s departure, Mike’s brother Robbie Wolfe stepped into the spotlight in Season 21. With a focus on vintage cars and Americana, Robbie brings a practical, hands-on expertise to the show.

Off-camera, Robbie lives a grounded life in Davenport, Iowa. He shares a spacious $335,000 home with his wife, Melanie, and they are parents to five adult children—three daughters and two sons. Robbie has quietly built a real estate portfolio valued at over $600,000, including his own antique car restoration business, United Service Motors.

Robbie’s mix of family life, business savvy, and passion for vintage culture has made him a steady presence in the evolving Pickers landscape.
