Ready for spring to finally arrive? Well, the seasons will soon change and the weather will heat up before we know it, which could also be due in part by the arrival of Sullivan’s Crossing season 4. After a fair amount of waiting since season 3’s ending last June, The CW has finally announced the premiere date for the highly anticipated new season and offered quite the sexy first-look teaser.

The network revealed that Sullivan’s Crossing season 4 premieres on Monday, April 20 at 8/7c on The CW. Once again, like the three previous seasons, there will be 10 episodes that will air weekly on Monday nights through the season finale, which will likely air sometime in June. While a date hasn’t been announced, we can also likely expect the season to arrive on Netflix sometime this summer.

In addition to giving Sullivan’s Crossing fans the news we have been waiting for since last summer, The CW dropped the first teaser trailer for season 4. Remember when I said the series will heat things up this spring? That wasn’t an understatement. This season gets downright steamy with the arrival of Maggie’s ex-husband Liam during the season 3 finale cliffhanger. The love triangle is on!

Sullivan’s Crossing season 4 premieres in April 2026

As the Sullivan’s Crossing season 4 teaser trailer reveals, Maggie and Cal were just getting to a stable place in their relationship when Liam made his surprise arrival in town and dropped the bomb that he’s her husband. Naturally, Cal was shocked by this information just like we were. It clearly doesn’t take Cal and Liam long to allow jealousy to turn to rivalry, as evident by the wood-chopping competition while wearing tight white tank tops.

Take a closer look at the Sullivan’s Crossing season 4 synopsis as shared by The CW:

“In season 4, Maggie Sullivan’s (Morgan Kohan) life at the Crossing is finally taking shape having decided on a new direction for her career and a renewed commitment to Cal (Chad Michael Murray). That is, until Maggie’s ex-husband, Liam (Marcus Rosner), arrives with a shocking revelation which only upends Maggie’s life once again and causes Cal to question whether Maggie will ever truly be able to leave her past behind.”

We will also get the answers we crave about Maggie’s past life with Liam, as flashbacks will take us back in time to the beginnings of their relationship, including their wedding night. In the teaser, Cal looks at a wedding photo of Maggie and Liam, obviously torn up about a past he wasn’t privy to. But as much longing and yearning as we’re sure to get, there’s going to be even more drama. The teaser concludes with Maggie and Liam tearfully looking at each other, seemingly about to kiss.

Liam could simply turn up to win Maggie back, but the season 4 synopsis suggests that his arrival in town brings a “shocking revelation.” Combined with the teary moment of intimacy and the clips of chaos and cop cars in the teaser, it’s safe to assume that Liam brought his baggage, whatever it might be, to Timberlake along with him. Maggie will have to make a choice between her past and the new life that she has chosen and started to put roots down in, for better or worse.
