In the Instagram post the 50-year-old is photographed on a pole wearing string-style lingerie and hot pink tassels that partially obscure the upper body.The photo, shot from an angle that emphasizes Colby’s silhouette, was posted alongside a short message about movement and mental health. “When I feel all the feelings I move my body. My mind won’t ruminate while I’m dancing,” she wrote. “It forces me to focus on only one thing, movement. It’s my favorite mental health tip because it’s natural and it’s free.”“If you want to focus on a specific craft like pole, there are so many teachers,” Colby added in the caption, recommending a number of instructors she described as “ethical” and “extremely knowledgeable.”
