Baylen Dupree Explodes, Calling Her Mother-in-Law a ‘Fat, Filthy Whore’ on TV — But What Happens Next Is What Really Shocks Viewers!

Baylen Dupree has a new and “inappropriate” tic that could make her relationship with her future mother-in-law awkward.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive clip from the upcoming episode of Baylen Out Loud, the 23-year-old and fiancé Colin Dooley are heading to Roanoke, Virginia to visit his family and update them on the progress of their wedding planning.

In the clip, Dupree is walking to the car when her Tourette syndrome causes her to shout a tic about Dooley’s mom, Marlene.

“Marlene’s a dirty, fat, filthy, horny f—— whore,” she says. The tic also has her calling Marlene a “lying bitch.”

“Because of the new tic I have about Marlene, we think it’s best that we stay in a hotel for the night,” she jokes in a confessional as Dooley laughs.

Dupree tells her fiancé that she’s worried about shouting the tic in front of Marlene, while Dooley actually encourages her to. “She knows that you can’t control it,” he assures. “So look her right in the eyes, into her soul and…”

Dupree’s tic cuts him off mid-sentence and she shouts, “Marlene’s a dirty, fat, filthy, horny whore, you bitch.”

“Yep,” Dooley replies. “And you say exactly that.”

Dupree immediately says no, looking concerned about the chance of it happening. Dooley then shares in a confessional that both he and his family know that she can’t control her tics and will be accepting of her.

“I want her to get over the fear that she’s having or this anxiety that she’s having that my mom’s going to like, hate her for saying that,” he says. “She knows she’s not a fat, dirty, filthy whore.”

“It’s just like, to have a tick about Colin’s mom… It’s so inappropriate,” Dupree adds.

Dupree was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome in 2020 and decided to use her platform to raise awareness and shut down misconceptions about the disorder. She has accumulated more than 10 million followers on TikTok and 2 million followers on Instagram, which led to her TLC show Baylen Out Loud earlier this year.

She met Dooley through a dating app and they began dating in November 2022. Dupree previously revealed that he was “very observant” about her Tourette Syndrome and researched the condition before their first date.

“He still is [learning], but I mean, so is everyone else. I am still learning about it,” she told PEOPLE. “There’s so much more work that needs to be done to educate more people and to understand fully what people are going through and dealing with.”

The couple announced their engagement exclusively to PEOPLE in February.
